About Us
The members of the Regional Public Works Commissioners of Ontario (RPWCO) provide the full spectrum of transportation and environmental services to over 80% of the population of Ontario. This includes planning, designing, building, operating and maintaining the Public infrastructure (Transportation, Water, Wastewater, Solid Waste and Resource Recovery, Forestry, Public Buildings) that serve the vast majority of citizens and visitors to the Province of Ontario. Members of the RPWCO group are generally comprised of upper tier municipalities, and those single tier cities with a population of greater than 100,000.
RPWCO's Commissioner’s Table and seven Sub-Committees share information, identify priority issues, and develop common positions that are communicated to key decision makers.
